Job summary

Marriott's Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a Front Office Manager to assist the Front Office Manager, supervise Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out for guests.

You will direct daily operations, coach team members, handle guest concerns, and work to maximize departmental financial performance while delivering exceptional service that aligns with Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains guest services and front desk goals.
• Manages day-to-day operations and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Supervises staffing levels to meet service and financial objectives.
