Job summary

The position requires leading the front desk team, managing reservations, and coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and motivate front desk staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor front desk staff.
• Help achieve revenue and expense budgets for guest services.
• Develop short- and long-term plans aligned with hotel goals.
• Participate in annual budgeting for the hotel.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through staff development and coaching.
• Oversee reservations to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Maintain procedures for financial controls and asset security.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize office and accounting software accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
