Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous manner and reflect a positive image of the community.
• Screen and require visitors to sign in at the reception desk.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and route or take messages.
• Assist residents with general office tasks (postage, copies, notary, etc.).
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
