Mt Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking Front Desk and Phone Customer Service Associates. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries with a focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include answering a high-volume phone system, processing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required, with varied shifts available.

Qualifications

• Front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, credit and sales transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests accurately and courteously.
• Answer high-volume phone calls and direct inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of property, local attractions, and activities.
• Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently.
