Job summary

KOA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to manage registration, front desk operations, and store procedures while delivering excellent guest service.

You will greet guests, handle inquiries by phone, process reservations and payments, stock and clean areas, and promote local attractions and KOA programs. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and listening.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at front desk and manage store procedures.
• Provide superior guest service over the phone and in person.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and proper KOA uniform and nametag.
• Handle guest issues with respect and attentiveness.
• Follow cash handling and checkout procedures and use front desk equipment.
• Stocking and cleaning as requested by supervisors.
• Promote local attractions and KOA programs.
