Job summary

KOA welcomes a front desk associate to join our team, delivering warm guest service for registrations, reservations, and store sales at our campground location. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with a helpful and proactive approach.

As part of KOA’s team, you will follow system guidelines, promote local attractions and KOA discounts, and may assist with maintenance or housekeeping tasks. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and a positive guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must hear and speak English fluently.
• Experience operating computer systems and cash registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest registration, front desk and store procedures with great guest service.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and assist with issues respectfully.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Promote KOA attractions and discounts to guests.
• Assist with maintenance or housekeeping duties as needed with qualified work.
