Job summary

KOA Campgrounds in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services associate to manage guest registrations, front desk operations and store procedures while delivering excellent guest service.

You will greet guests, handle inquiries, process transactions, and promote KOA offerings. Strong English, basic computer and cash register skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person, with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and proper KOA uniform and nametag.
• Handle guest issues professionally by listening and addressing concerns.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Use cash register and front desk equipment correctly and securely.
• Stocking and cleaning of front office and store facilities as requested.
• Promote KOA and related programs to guests.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
