Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative (Part Time - Rotating Shifts) to deliver outstanding service to guests during check-in and check-out. The role requires friendly communication and the ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic team environment.

You will handle phone inquiries, assist guests with requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to report to scheduled shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information.
• Provide professional telephone and in-person communication.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
• Must be able to operate hotel systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks and answer inquiries.
• Support security and safety procedures as needed.
