Job summary

The Daytona Speedway Fairfield Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide helpful information during guests' stays. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and handle payments according to hotel procedures.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
