Job summary

Daytona Speedway Autograph is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk functions during the audit shift and balance daily revenue and expenses. The role requires strong guest service skills and the ability to handle overnight hours in a hotel setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in customer service, hotel experience preferred, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. Computer literacy and knowledge of local attractions are pluses for assisting guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions relevant to clientele.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests and respond to complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Balance daily revenue and expenses during the audit shift and perform front desk duties as needed.
