Stonebridge’s The Slate Denver hotel seeks a Guest Service Agent to ensure smooth check-in/out, maintain guest accounts, and deliver exceptional service. The role supports front office operations, handles inquiries, payments, and reservations to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying payments, updating records, posting charges, coordinating with housekeeping, and assisting with reservations and local recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate room availability and guest records in the system.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and assist guests with inquiries.
