Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and assign rooms for arriving guests.
• Verify guest credit and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and room availability.
• Post charges to ledgers and balance accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations; answer guest inquiries.
• Transmit messages via telephone or switchboard.
