Formación

• Customer service experience in hospitality.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
• Answer incoming telephone calls from prospective and existing guests.
• Assist guests with hotel reservations.
• Assign rooms and suites to guests.
• Process credit card transactions for lodging, room service and other hotel costs.
• Transfer phone calls to guest rooms.
• Provide guests with wake-up phone calls.
• Assist with guest requests and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of guest charges.
