Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and build connections to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Sell the property per Suburban Inns sales standards.
• Collect guest data and manage payments and signatures.
• Follow daily shift checklists for smooth operations.
• Record special requests and report unusual occurrences to next shift.
