The Hampton Inn at Suburban Inns is hiring a Guest Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest service and drive sales. This part-time, 2nd-shift role offers $15/hour starting wage and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced hospitality team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling requests, processing payments, and maintaining front desk operations in line with Hilton standards and Suburban Inns’ core values. CPR training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret information and perform basic arithmetic.
• Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.
• Flexible, willing to work 2nd shift and part-time internship options.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and build rapport.
• Sell the property according to Suburban Inns sales standards.
• Gather guest data and process payments.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Provide information on local area and hotel services.
• Maintain front desk operations and safety protocols.
• Communicate with other departments and follow procedures.
• Attend to emergency procedures as trained.
