Colwen Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for the DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort. You will manage guest check-in/check-out, registrations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, coordinating with housekeeping, handling payments, and maintaining knowledge of policies and events. A 7-day rotating schedule, including nights and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Prior Hilton brand experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local area to provide directions.

Responsabilités

• Operate the front desk, assist guests with inquiries through pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Efficiently manage the front desk operations to ensure timely check-in and check-out.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations, assign guest rooms.
