Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking a friendly Houseperson in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. You will maintain public areas, assist housekeeping with stocking and delivering supplies, and support room attendants to ensure spotless, inviting spaces for guests.

Candidates should have prior cleaning or housekeeping experience, be detail oriented, and able to work a rotational 7-day schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Detail oriented and discreet with privacy of guests.
• Work quickly without compromising quality.
• Willingness to work rotational 7-day cycle, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service, pleasant and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and prioritize items from MOD and shift checklist.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Check inventory of cleaning cart and transport supplies to areas.
• Clean and maintain exterior and interior areas of the hotel.
• Deep clean assigned areas, including carpets, windows and fixtures.
• Assist room attendants and support housekeeping operations.
• Move/furnish rooms as needed and setup function spaces.
