• Handle guest information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and keep lobby and common areas welcoming.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep area clean and stocked.
