Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality is seeking a driven Sales professional for the Largo Courtyard by Marriott Medical Center in Largo, MD. The role focuses on developing the marketing plan and sales budget in collaboration with the General Manager, while mentoring staff and driving revenue growth.

You will analyze revenue management, conduct cold calls, and maintain critical sales data. A valid driver’s license is required; prior hotel sales experience and brand familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Brand-specific Sales Tools and Systems knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong prospecting and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains marketing plan and sales budget with GM.
• Provides sales training to staff as applicable.
• Analyzes Revenue Management strategy using Star Reports and front office systems.
• Conducts required cold calls.
• Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data.
• Performs duties of General Manager in GM’s absence.
• All other duties as assigned.
