Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
• Ability to stay professional when handling guest concerns.

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Handle guest information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete front desk paperwork, logs and reports.
• Keep lobby and common areas clean and welcoming.
• Assist with breakfast service and maintain area.
• Provide wake‑up calls and assist with special requests.
• Communicate important information to the team via pass‑on log.
• Support sales and marketing efforts as directed by management.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
