Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Grand Junction property. You will manage front desk operations, handle check-ins and check-outs, process reservations and payments, and deliver outstanding guest service.

The role requires staying organized, communicating clearly, and resolving guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The position is part-time and onsite at Doubletree Grand Junction, with duties including cash handling, maintaining records, and assisting guests with information

Formación

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to speak English fluently and operate basic POS system functions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservation, check-in and checkout systems and credit card processes accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash sheet; handle guest messages and calls correctly.
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and organized; set wake-up calls as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and provide information on hotel promotions and amenities.
