Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for Hampton Inn by Hilton-Boston/Bedford/Burlington in Billerica, MA. Candidates should be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; Hilton experience is preferred. You will greet guests, handle check‑in/out, manage reservations, and promote services.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence and efficient use of the Property Management System to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
Hilton experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Computer knowledge including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests and completing the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
Handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all; responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting all information into the hotel management system, and updating or canceling reservations as requested by the guest.

We are currently looking for a Full‑Time Front Desk Agent to join our team! Agents must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior Hilton experience is preferred.

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests.

Our Hampton Inn by Hilton is located right off US‑3, 15 minutes from Hanscom Air Force Base and a 35‑minute drive to Downtown Boston or Historic Salem, MA. We feature 129 beautiful guest rooms, and guests can enjoy nature at Great Brook State Park, 15 minutes away. Burlington Mall is only three miles away. Daily seasonal breakfast is served to all our guests. The Hampton Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
