Job summary

The Guest Services Agent at Biltmore Hotel Limited provides information requested by callers and acts as a liaison for guests and operational departments, greeting callers with enthusiasm and upholding Biltmore standards.

Responsibilities include handling internal and external calls, making reservations, printing reports from Megasys, and using HotSOS for guest requests. Requires at least a high school diploma and PBX experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year of PBX experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal calls for guests.
• Answer external calls.
• Transfer calls to requested department.
• Take guest requests for restaurant reservations, etc.
• Make reservations for guests for the hotel’s restaurant outlets.
• Print reports every 3 hours from the Property Management System (Megasys).
• Provide wakeup calls for guests.
• Use HotSOS for guests and department requests/orders.
• Have full understanding of hotel outlets and amenities.
