Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out smoothly, and keep the lobby welcoming and organized.

You will manage reservations, answer phones, assist other departments, and help maximize guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety procedures. Weekend availability and a high school diploma are required; hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Front desk experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and handle smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
• Answer phones, coordinate guest needs, and assist other departments.
• Maximize room revenue through suggestive selling.
• Handle cash, billing, and guest accounts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Jump in to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
