Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic front desk agents to assist with guest service operations at the Home2 Suites by Hilton - Nokomis/Casey Key. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include guest registrations, room assignments, answering questions, and maintaining front desk operations with a strong emphasis on professionalism and efficiency. Candidates with open/flexible availability are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest registrations (check ins & check outs), room assignments, and special requests.
• Understand daily hotel operations, policies, procedures, and internal rules.
• Know brand operating systems and loyalty programs.
• Familiar with guest rooms, locations, amenities, features, and services offered.
• Know room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Ensure proper credit on checkout and handle late charges accordingly.
• Handle cash and bank procedures to checkout guests.
