Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the Winter Haven Hampton Inn on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, answer phones, and provide information about local amenities.

The role requires availability for both morning (7am-3pm) and evening (3pm-11pm) shifts, with weekend work required. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in hotel or customer service and a professional, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references

Responsibilities

• Register guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Explain hotel policies and local area information to guests.
• Answer phones and handle mail and messages.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist guests with problems and questions and resolve issues.
• Know city attractions and local amenities.
• Perform basic cashier tasks and balance at shift end.
