Holiday Inn is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for the 2nd shift at our Wilmington, OH location. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and ensure a smooth front desk operation while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented, able to handle reservations, inquiries, and payments with a professional demeanor. Flexibility around AM/PM shifts and weekends is preferred to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations and guest service experience.
• Ability to handle reservations and payments.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS (UKG/Opera) preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel property management systems (e.g., UKG/Opera or applicable system).
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
