Job summary

Seva Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for its Holiday Inn property in Olde West Chester, Ohio. You will greet guests, check them in, and set a welcoming tone for their stay.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts on a part-time or full-time basis, with pay between $13 and $16 per hour. Candidates should have strong customer service, multitasking, and basic computer skills; PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Basic to moderate computer proficiency (email/internet).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred; PMS experience (IHG, HotelKey, Hilton, or PEP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with a friendly, professional tone.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations in the PMS.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries with warmth.
• Promote and enroll guests in hotel rewards programs.
• Balance daily accounts and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Assist sales and revenue with group blocks and upselling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
