Comfort Inn & Suites St. Paul Northeast is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in and check-out.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor and providing information and assistance throughout their stay. The role requires availability evenings, weekends and holidays, with responsibilities including assisting guests and handling other tasks as directed by management.

Competenze

• Attention to detail and knowledge of local attractions.
• Proficiency with registration and reservations computer systems.
• Strong math for hotel operations.
• Excellent English communication ability.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
