Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. You belong at Drury Hotels, where you can grow while delivering warm service to every guest.

As a frontline ambassador, you will check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain records and cash, assist with breakfast and The Kickback service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in interacting with the public
• Attention to detail while multitasking
• Experience handling money and making change
• Ability to speak and understand English; follow directions
• Willingness to work alone as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner
• Front desk tasks: check-in/out, promote programs, keep guest records, cash handling, resolve issues
• Assist breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food prep, setup, guest service, cleanup
• Maintain high integrity and hospitality to promote Drury culture
• Deliver courteous service with a +1 attitude
