Sunriver Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle registrations, assign rooms, and manage key control in line with AAA Four Diamond standards.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure seamless service, upsell resort experiences, and uphold our guest-centric culture in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills are required, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.

Mansioni

• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival and departure including use of guest name and eye contact.
• Register guests into computer system and verify registration details.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures and payment processing.
• Maintain records of room availability and assist with guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and Conventions to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell resort services and amenities to guests.
• Assist with bell service, luggage handling, and transportation as needed.
