Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs, managed by Vista Host Management & Development Company, seeks a Guest Service Representative to handle front desk interactions, registrations, and guest communications with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

You will process payments, respond to inquiries, upsell services, and relay hotel information while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth within the hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in/out, and communicate hotel services clearly.
• Process payments and manage reservations via phone, computer, and mail.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
