Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and orderly guest rooms, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues. The role requires attention to detail and a guest-focused attitude to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all hotel guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy cleaning supplies.
• Basic reading and writing skills for assignments and guest requests.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean and safe guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to management.
• Greet guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
