Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to residents and staff.
• Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may perform basic office/clerical tasks and maintain visitor logs.
• May respond to resident emergencies by contacting internal and external parties following community protocol.
