Job summary

The Barnes San Francisco, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check-in guests, assign rooms, and coordinate with housekeeping. You will secure payments, verify rates, and handle billing issues with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering calls, processing reservations, and assisting with restaurant and room service orders as needed. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• All colleagues must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• May require varying schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in, issue keys, and explain hotel amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and room status.
• Answer calls within 3 rings using proper etiquette.
• Explain local amenities and assist with guest requests.
• Obtain required information to book reservations and note special requests.
