Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael at Marin Center is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations and inquiries. You will contribute to a seamless guest experience and report to the Front Office leadership.

Full-time and part-time positions available. The role requires flexibility for shifts including mornings, afternoons, and some evenings or weekends, with healthcare and discounts as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless stay
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
