Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting.
• Register and check-in/check-out guests efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles in the system.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Sales.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle cash and payments.
• Remain calm and professional during peak times.
• Support departmental goals and upsell opportunities.
• Complete additional duties as directed by management.
