Jenkins Acura in Ocala, FL is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers, answer inquiries, and route calls with a warm, professional demeanor. You will be the first point of contact for the dealership and help maintain an organized front desk.

The ideal candidate brings automotive industry knowledge, solid administrative skills, and experience on a telephone switchboard, with excellent interpersonal abilities to relay information across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership or automotive industry a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with telephone switchboard and call routing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound switchboard telephonic inquiries and routes calls accordingly
• Meets and greets all clientele in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Routes customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact within the dealership
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
• Assists with problem resolution as required
• Provides administrative back-up to various dealership departments as needed
• Handles multiple tasks concurrently with frequent interruptions
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
