Job summary

Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers, answer inquiries, and support dealership departments from the front desk. You will manage the switchboard, route calls, and provide administrative assistance to various teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of the automotive industry to effectively direct customers and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with telephone switchboard and call routing.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound switchboard telephonic inquiries and routes calls.
• Meets and greets all clientele warmly and directs to the appropriate department.
• Routes customers to the appropriate department or contact person within the dealership.
• Coordinates questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
• Assists with problem resolution as required.
• Provides administrative back-up to various dealership departments as needed.
• Handles multiple tasks concurrently with frequent interruptions.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
