Job summary

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and manage guest accounts at the Front Desk. You will respond to inquiries, provide information on hotel services, and ensure accurate cash handling during checkout.

This role requires professional service, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with bell staff and other outlets. Rate of pay is $28.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within our luxury property.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Good communication and memorization skills are required.
• Familiarity with basic computer and accounting principles.
• Able to handle cash and operate a cashier system with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and check-in guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process checkout.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure cash accuracy.
• Participate in covering Royal Service shifts as needed.
