The position requires at least 1 year in front desk operations, weekend availability, and a high school diploma. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, process check-ins/outs, and protect guest information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of Front Desk/Guest Services experience.
• Available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for shifts.
• Strong knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs and check-in guests.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile; direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash and banking; report discrepancies to management.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation when needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Request and collect identification and payment methods at check-in/out.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
