Capital Vacations in Lenox, MA seeks a Hospitality Specialist to ensure exceptional guest service. You will welcome guests, manage front desk operations, check-in/out, handle reservations, and coordinate with the resort team to fulfill guest needs.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, accuracy in posting charges, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, collect balances, post room charges, and handle reservations.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions with courtesy and knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest requests and issues are resolved.
• Process revenue from all departments; balance cash drawer and post transactions.
• Prepare check-in packets, and handle office tasks as needed.
• Support night audit preparation and respond to online reviews.
