The Front Desk Agent role supports daily front desk operations, guest experience, and coordination with dining reservations, host duties, and laundry, with weekend and holiday shift requirements.

This hourly position emphasizes delivering a high level of hospitality across departments and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in creating a healthy, productive workplace.
• Be a dynamic ambassador and role model of the business.
• Maintain a level of service and hospitality that proudly reflects the business.
• Maintain a positive and respectful work environment at all times.
• Support hotel operations across departments by assisting with dining reservations, restaurant host duties, guest room readiness, room inspections, laundry operations, and other operational needs as business demands require.
• In conjunction with the management team, support the training and development of hospitality-driven team members who reflect our brand.
• Maintain positive relationships and establish open lines of communication between all departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the front desk.
• Cultivate new and existing guest relationships.
• Set the tone for exceptional hospitality and service during every shift.
• Follow all Acme Hospitality systems, standards, and policies.
