As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for the daily front desk operations of the hotel. The position is truly about setting a positive tone for the guest experience and ensuring the property is running efficiently while delivering the highest level of hospitality. Front Desk Agents are valued members of the hotel's hospitality team and work collaboratively across departments, supporting the guest journey through front desk service, dining reservations, restaurant host assistance, guest room readiness, and laundry operations as business demands require. This is an hourly position that is required to meet the needs of the hotel, including weekends and holidays.
