Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison and assist guests and residents with information in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to ensure office efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts promptly.
