Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Florida is hiring a Front Desk Clerk to deliver friendly service to guests and residents of our resort communities. You will handle check-ins, answer questions, and support daily front-office operations.

The role requires strong organization, a high school diploma, and at least one year in customer service. You’ll work with our Property Manager to maintain a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service with strong service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Create and manage resort reservations.
• Act as the resort liaison and provide guests and residents with information, answering questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and resolve problems promptly.
