Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Columbia, SC, is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our Graduate by Hilton Columbia team. You will schedule room and cleaning assignments, inspect suites and public areas, and coach a team of housekeepers to deliver superior guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in housekeeping management, strong leadership, clear communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of three years in housekeeping management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds and cleaning.
• Monitors room status and updates discrepancies during shifts.
• Counsels staff on performance and attends to maintenance issues.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
