Schulte Hospitality Group in Columbia, SC is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent for 1st & 2nd shifts at Graduate Columbia. The role focuses on greeting guests, screening and assisting, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience for all patrons.

As part of the Graduate by Hilton Columbia team, you will contribute to a hospitality-forward environment, handling duties from concierge-style welcome to accurate cash handling while supporting daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer calls within three rings and assist or transfer as needed.
• Manage cash handling and cash drops per procedures.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest PII data per procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
