Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts in Blacksburg, VA seeks a Front Desk Night Clerk to act as hotel ambassador, handling check-ins/check-outs, answering calls, and supporting nightly guest services.

You will perform nightly accounting, balance tasks, and act as a Runner for housekeeping, posting and verifying data in the Property Management System.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a hotel, ability to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.
• Post and audit room and banquet charges and other misc. transactions.
• Verify that room rate reports and cashier reports are accurate.
• Run end-of-day procedures and back up system files.
