Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing and comprehension of English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly, personable manner.
• Book guest hotel reservations and register guests at check-in.
• Answer calls, route messages and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Promote the loyalty program and recognize members.
• Handle cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
